Plastic pellets are melted with the sheet extrusion, and subjected to pressure by means of thermoelastic sheet facing a lip. After cooling process, the plate is wrapped. With this technology, polypropylene (PP) and polystyrene (PS) are processed.

After the wrapping process, sheet is supplied to the thermoforming machine and heated. In mold, it is subjected to pre-forming with thermo-elastic seal and cooled with compressed air by insterting into the mold and cut. Cups are removed and stacked. This technology is used for the production of cups, containers and lids.

Sleeving is a decoration technology. The sleeves are worn to the cups by applying steam. Shrink sleeves guarantee high quality printing. We can decorate the cups with various designs from top to bottom with a high gloss or a matte finish.

Dry Offset
Cups and lids are processes with dry offset printing after the molding. The most advanced printing machines allows for the diversity of printing up to a maximum of seven colors. Through indirect printing, ink is applied onto the rubber blanket as wet paint and transferred onto glass or lid.
